We collect publicly available property listing data from third-party sources (such as batdongsan.com.vn and chotot.com) to provide deal analysis and scoring. This data is associated with your account when you save or analyze properties.
If you contact us or subscribe to our investor digest, we collect your email address and the content of your message or subscription preferences.
Payment processing is handled by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, CVV, or full card details. We store only your Stripe Customer ID and subscription status.
Power your account, deliver deal analyses, yield estimates, and alert notifications.
Understand usage patterns to improve deal scoring, UI, and market data coverage.
Email you deal alerts, weekly or daily investor digests, and product updates. You can unsubscribe at any time.
Manage your subscription and billing via Stripe.
We share data with Stripe (payments), Resend (email delivery), and cloud hosting providers. Each is contractually bound to protect your data.
Your saved searches and watchlist criteria may be shared with our data sources to match new listings — no personally identifiable information is shared.
We may disclose information if required by law, court order, or to protect our legal rights.
If Property Deal Hunter is acquired or merged, user data may be transferred as part of the transaction.
Retained while your account is active. You may request deletion at any time and we will remove your personal data within 30 days.
