These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you (“you,” “user”) and Property Deal Hunter Vietnam (“we,” “us,” or “Property Deal Hunter”). By creating an account or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By registering for an account, subscribing to a plan, or accessing any part of the Property Deal Hunter platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use our platform.
You must be at least 18 years of age and a resident of a jurisdiction where our services are not prohibited by law. By using the platform, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information if it changes.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
Each individual user may maintain only one account. Multiple accounts created to circumvent usage limits or abuse detection may be suspended.
We offer Free, Plus ($99/month), and Pro ($299/month) plans. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.
Paid plans are billed monthly on the date of your initial subscription. You authorize us to charge your payment method on file for each billing period until cancelled.
You may upgrade your plan at any time — upgrades take effect immediately and your card is charged a prorated amount. Downgrades take effect at the start of the next billing cycle.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or via the Stripe billing portal. You retain access to your paid plan features until the end of your current billing period.
Unless required by applicable law, all fees are non-refundable. We do not offer partial-month refunds for unused access.
If a payment fails, we will notify you and attempt to retry the charge. If payment is not received within 14 days, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan.
We reserve the right to change plan pricing with 30 days' notice posted on our website and, where practical, via email. Price changes take effect at the next billing cycle.
Property Deal Hunter is provided for lawful property investment research and deal analysis. You may use the platform to search, save, and analyze property listings for personal or professional investment purposes.
You may not: (a) use the platform for any unlawful purpose; (b) scrape, copy, or redistribute property listing data in bulk without our written consent; (c) attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems; (d) interfere with or disrupt the platform or servers; (e) use automated bots or scripts without prior authorization; (f) share your account or allow others to access it in exchange for payment or other consideration.
Property listing data sourced through our platform is licensed for your personal use only. Commercial redistribution, resale, or incorporation into third-party products is strictly prohibited unless separately agreed in writing.
The Property Deal Hunter name, logo, design, deal scoring methodology, yield estimation models, UI, and platform software are our intellectual property. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without permission.
You retain ownership of content you submit, such as watchlist criteria and saved searches. By using the platform, you grant us a non-exclusive license to use, store, and process this content to provide our services.
Property listing data sourced from batdongsan.com.vn, chotot.com, and other third parties is subject to each source's respective terms and copyright. We do not claim ownership of third-party listing data.
The deal scores, yield estimates, motivated-seller signals, and market analytics provided by Property Deal Hunter are informational tools only. They are not financial, legal, or investment advice.
We make no representation or warranty that any property listed or scored on our platform represents a good investment or will achieve the indicated yield. Past performance of market data is not indicative of future results.
Before making any property purchase or investment decision, you should consult with a licensed real estate professional, financial advisor, and/or legal counsel.
We strive for accuracy in our market data and deal scoring, but we do not guarantee the completeness, timeliness, or accuracy of any property listing or market data. Listings may be outdated, duplicated, or withdrawn without our knowledge.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Property Deal Hunter Vietnam and its officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Property Deal Hunter Vietnam and its affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your unlawful conduct, or your misuse of the platform.
We strive to keep the platform available 24/7, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Planned maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where possible.
We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you breach these Terms, engage in prohibited conduct, or if required to do so by law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email and/or a notice posted on this page. Your continued use of the platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Vietnam. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Vietnam.
